Bitumen laying machine type VBS 100 G (for large bridge sealings)

Length of rolls: up to 100 meters
Daily output: from 800 m² up to 1,500 m²

The VBS 100 G is a self-propelled machine for the laying of bituminous sheeting; processing of rolls with a length of up to 100 m. The laying machine is mounted on a sturdy basic frame equipped with a clearly arranged control unit and a four point support chassis. The double wheeled rear axle is driven by a frequency controlled electric drive motor. The power supply is provided by a power unit. The front axle is controlled mechanically.

Seven propane gas jet burners heat up the bituminous sheeting which is subsequently pressed by two rows of individually suspended pressure rollers.

Length of rolls: 60 meters
Daily output: up to 800 m²

The VBS 100 K is a self-propelled laying machine in short version, the chassis is equipped with a three-point support. The twin front wheel is driven by a diesel engine. The bituminous sheeting (up to 60 m) is heated by a three-part propane gas burner and fixed with pressure rollers (1 row).
